Good to Know

Tide Awareness

Tsawwassen beaches are greatly affected by tides. Check local tide tables before your visit to make the most of your beach experience.

Wildlife Protection

Our beaches are important habitats for migratory birds, particularly in winter. Please respect wildlife and maintain appropriate distance from bird populations.

Weather

Tsawwassen is one of BC's sunniest spots, but check forecasts for wind conditions, especially if planning water sports activities.

Safety

Bring sunscreen, water, and hats for sun protection. Limited shade is available at most beaches. Supervise children near water at all times.
