Over 20 years of boxing experience. One on one personal training plan for all ages and experience levels tailored to your objectives: get fit, lose weight, build confidence. Learn how to box in a fun comfortable environment. Training consists of pad work, optional sparring, bag work and weight training. I’m a certified personal trainer so I also build programs specifically tailored to your goals. The programs consist of core & balance, plyometric & SAQ and resistance training. Boxing strength and conditioning is ideal for anyone trying to improve their golf swing, tennis swing, hockey shot, soccer kick and their football game because of the focus on balance, hip and shoulder internal and external rotation.
